A Letter From the Founder

It began with a quiet observation.

A portrait of the founder

The women I loved were tired in a way I did not know how to name.

Not exhausted — that word felt too dramatic. Just quietly depleted. Carrying more than a body was ever designed to hold, and being praised for it. My mother, my sisters, my friends. Their fatigue was private. The imbalance was private. And the tools we were being offered — a supplement of the moment, a trending morning routine — did not meet the depth of what was being asked.

I spent years reading. Sitting with herbalists in India, physicians in Toronto, formulators in Montreal. I asked the same question in a dozen ways: what would it look like to build something my mother could take, every day, for the rest of her life — that I would trust in my bones?

Nourah is the answer I could not stop making.

It is named for a word that means light. It is built on plants that have kept women well for thousands of years. It is grounded in evidence I can defend. And it is offered in a voice that refuses to shout — because the women I am speaking to have been shouted at enough.

Harmony is our first offering. It will not be our last. But every one that follows will be held to the same quiet standard: does this earn a daily place in someone's life? If the answer is anything less than yes, we do not ship it.

Thank you for being here. Slowly, please.
